One roof. Seven pillars. One plan.

A traditional agency sells you a policy. Purity lines up your coverage, taxes, credit, and long-term planning so each piece supports the others.

Traditional agency

  • One product, one conversation
  • You coordinate your CPA, lender, and insurer yourself
  • Tax impact is an afterthought
  • Your business credit is left out of the picture

Purity Capital

  • Coverage, tax, and credit in one coordinated plan
  • One team working with CPA strategists, carriers, and lenders
  • Every recommendation viewed through its tax impact
  • A clear written blueprint, in plain language

A closer look

Pillar 01

VMAX coverage + loan option

Large life coverage, financed. An optional loan turns part of it into working capital.

  • Coverage placed through established insurance carriers, with the first-year premium paid by a lender instead of out of your pocket.
  • Optional loan to your LLC: 10-year term at a 5% fixed rate, sized from your approved coverage.
  • Built for individuals with $250K+ annual income who can qualify medically. Business owners preferred.
  • No credit check and no lien on your home. The loan is real debt that you personally guarantee.

Illustrative program terms from the VMAX client overview. Coverage typically lasts about 3–10 years unless more premium is paid; the loan runs 10 years. Insurance is subject to carrier underwriting; the loan is from a separate lender and subject to its approval and terms. Your documents control.

Pillar 02

Premium finance

Large coverage without tying up your own capital.

  • For high-net-worth individuals and business owners who need significant permanent life insurance, for example for estate planning, business succession, or key-person coverage.
  • A third-party lender pays the policy premiums. You pay loan interest and post collateral as the lender requires, so more of your own capital can stay invested.
  • Designed and stress-tested with you up front, including how the loan is repaid and what happens if interest rates or policy performance change.

Premium finance is not right for everyone and involves risk: interest rates can rise, policy values can underperform, and lenders can require additional collateral. Loans are provided by separate lenders and subject to their approval and terms. Insurance is subject to carrier underwriting.

Pillar 03

Tax Assessment & Strategy

Use the tax code on purpose, not by accident.

  • For W-2 earners with $250K+ in income and self-employed clients with $80K+.
  • Strategies and hands-on implementation that may significantly reduce your taxable income.
  • Delivered as a TAB (Tax Assessment Blueprint): a detailed report that maps each strategy to its effect on your bottom line.

Savings depend on your facts and are not guaranteed. Strategies are reviewed with a credentialed tax professional.

Pillar 04

Business credit, financing & credit repair

Give your business its own financial identity, and the funding to grow.

  • Build your entity's credit profile under its EIN, step by step, with education along the way.
  • Work toward qualifying for up to $500,000 in financing options: business credit lines, credit cards, and personal and business loans.
  • Credit repair support to clean up your personal or business profile first, when it needs it.

Funding amounts and approvals are set by lenders and are not guaranteed. Credit repair results depend on your credit history; no specific score change or removal of accurate information is promised.

Pillar 05

Tax-advantaged insurance products

Protection that can also help your tax picture.

  • Life insurance and annuity options with tax-advantaged features, such as tax-deferred growth and income-tax-free death benefits.
  • Chosen to fit your coverage needs, cash-flow, and timeline.

Tax treatment depends on product design and current law. Products are subject to underwriting and carrier approval.

Pillar 06

Business structures & Roth IRA conversions

Plan today for tax-free withdrawals tomorrow.

  • Entity structuring and planning for Roth IRA conversions, coordinated with your tax strategy.
  • Side-by-side illustrations of how tax-free qualified withdrawals can compare with taxable ones.

Educational planning only. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any security or investment.

Pillar 07

Alternative investments

Understand what's beyond stocks and bonds.

  • Plain-language education on alternative asset classes, such as real estate, private credit, and private funds, including their risks, fees, and liquidity limits.
  • How alternatives may fit alongside your business structure, retirement accounts, and Roth conversion planning.
  • When it makes sense, we can coordinate with properly licensed investment professionals.

Education only. Purity Capital does not offer, sell, or recommend specific securities, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any security or investment. Alternative investments can be illiquid and speculative, may be limited to accredited investors, and can lose value.
